This exclusive 2-bedroom apartment with community pool and gym is just a short walk from the charming old Spanish town of Benalmadena Pueblo. The pueblo boasts traditional whitewashed streets, lined with colourful flowers, typical Spanish shops, restaurants, bars and exceptional views of the Costa del Sol coastline and Mediterranean Sea.
The apartment also boasts incredible views of the both the mountains and the Mediterranean Sea.
Entering the property, you have a spacious and modern open plan kitchen, dining and living area. The sleek, stylish kitchen offers everything you should need including an oven, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle and coffee maker.
Into the dining area you have a generously sized table, with elegant hanging lights, providing a cosy and comfortable space for 6 people to dine. There is also a breakfast bar providing an additional space for 2 to dine.
Leading from the dining area to the living area you have a cosy corner sofa and TV to sit back, relax and catch up on your favourite shows.
The living room leads directly on to the generously sized terrace where you will find an outside dining area and relaxation area with breathtaking views of the coast.
The master bedroom has a luxury double bed, built-in wardrobe area and a good sized ensuite bathroom. There is also a private terrace with the master bedroom.
The twin bedroom has two modern, single beds and a large build in wardrobe. There is also a modern bathroom with rainfall shower, sink and toilet to accompany the twin bedroom.
Outside in the community areas you have a swimming pool and fitness studio with several treadmills, exercise bikes and yoga mats.
There is a secure private parking space available for guests to use. It is recommended to have a car while staying at this property.
The nearest sandy beaches are Playa Bonita and Playa de la Verdas which are both just a 10-minute journey by car.
Puerto Marina Benalmadena, where you will find lots of bars, restaurants, sandy beaches, typical Spanish beach bars (chiringuito) water sports and boat trips is around a 20-minute journey by car.
The “Teleferico’ cable car is a great day trip for all ages, offering the best views of the costa del sol, the opportunity to see a fascinating birds of prey show and enjoy some food and drinks at the top of the mountain.

Vi vil ikke udelukke yderligere besøg :)
