Lovely apartment overlooking the Puerto Marina in Benalmadena.
The apartment is located right in the heart of Puerto Marina close to all attractions, restaurants, nightclubs and the beach.
From the beautiful terrace you can enjoy the large yachts and follow the life of the marina. The terrace is south-west facing and is beautifully furnished with terrace tables and chairs. There is also access to a private roof terrace with sun loungers.
The apartment, with its 85m2 is very spacious for up to 4 people. There is plenty of space in the central part of the apartment with an open and fully equipped kitchen, which includes oven, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine etc. Beautiful dining table for 6 people. 'Puff sofa' with extra soft pillows, large flat screen smart TV including Netflix access and of course wireless internet.
There are 2 spacious bedrooms; both with balcony, wardrobe, double bed and air conditioning. Master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with bathtub. The second bedroom has access to a bathroom with shower in the hallway.
Benalmadena Puerto Marine is among the best Marina's in the world, and has several times won the "Best Marina in the World' award. During the day you can visit the Aquarium, rent a boat, dive, water skiing or kayaking. There are over 20 different good restaurants, countless shops and the supermarket OpenCor is open daily year-round from 8-22.
There is a large and wide sandy beach at the marina where you can rent sunbeds and umbrellas. Since 1987, the beach has continuously been awarded with the blue flag due to its facilities and of course the clean water. If one adds to this an average annual temperature of 22 degrees and about 320 sunny days, it is one the best places you can choose to spend your holiday no matter what time of year you choose.

Det var en meget lækker lejlighed med alle tilgængelige faciliteter. Beliggenheden var i top, selv om der (forventeligt for årstiden) var lidt halvdødt i området. Vi var heldige med vejret og benyttede flittigt begge terrasser. Det eneste lille minusplus
Det var en meget lækker lejlighed med alle tilgængelige faciliteter. Beliggenheden var i top, selv om der (forventeligt for årstiden) var lidt halvdødt i området. Vi var heldige med vejret og benyttede flittigt begge terrasser. Det eneste lille minus (som selvfølgelig intet har med selve lejligeden at gøre) var, at er var en del byggestøj i området samt at lejligheden lige nedenunder var ved at blive renoveret. Så der var støj fra morgen til aften - også lørdag og søndag. Kan bestemt ikke afvise, at vi kommer igen på et tidspunkt.

This was a spacious and generally well equipped modern apartment with a gorgeous view from the rear balcony over the marina and beyond to the sea. We wondered if there would be much activity on the marina in January but were pleasantly surprised at the number of restaurants, bars and shops (including a Supercor supermarket) within the marina itself and also along the sea front . We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday and would certainly be happy to stay in the apartment again, should we make a return visit to Benalmadena. We didn’t hire a car, but the local bus services to Malaga, Mijas, Marbella and surrounding areas were regular and low priced. A very nice apartment in a brilliant location.
