Inside; fully equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher. The kitchen is open plan with the dining areal which is furnished with a sturdy wooden table and seating for 10. There is also a utility room with washer and dryer. From the kitchen there is direct access to the outdoor terrace.

A staircase descends to the level of the living room that is beautifully decorated with comfortable leather corner sofa, where you can enjoy a good book or watch a movie on the flat screen. DVD, Wi-Fi, radio available of course.

In the villa there are a total of 5bedrooms and sleeps for 12 guests.

5 bedroom: 2 Double Beds (4 sleeps), flat screen TV, wardrobe, air conditioning, bathroom en-suite.

The house is exclusive located only a few minutes drive from Puerto Banus and Marbella. About 500 meters from the house is a small shopping arcade with several restaurants, ice cream parlour and supermarket.

There are more than 10+ golf courses within a radius of 10 km and the nearest is Los Naranjas and Las Brisas. The house is well located for the sights of southern Andalusia and where you can visit everything from the Alhambra in Granada, beautiful Malaga, the old town of Marbella, the mountain town of Ronda, Gibraltar and much, much more.
