Cozy and nice studio in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, of 25 m² fully equipped with 1 bedroom and capacity for 2 people.
Fully equipped independent kitchen with ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, crockery, cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer. It also has a lift, iron and Smart Tv.
With capacity for 2 people, it is ideal for a few days of disconnection.
Unlimited Wifi connection.
Less than 5 minutes walking we will find the beach of Las Canteras and in the other direction also just 5 minutes away we find the commercial area of Mesa Y Lopez.
The building was renovated in 2019 and offers bright and soundproofed flats.
Great to enjoy walks along the avenue or along the beach and watch spectacular sunsets.

Microondas, lavaplatos, lavadora. Completo menaje de cocina. Y lo mas importante una cama y almohada CÓMODA. Los que lo gestionan son muy amables como Jaime y en particular la paciencia infinita de Mayca. Gracias.
