Bright, welcoming and spacious 60 m² holiday home, completely renovated in December 2022, with a large terrace in the heart of Las Palmas, a very quiet and residential area.
This characterful dwelling stands out in its decoration for its style between bohemian and modern. With vibrant colours in its bathroom and kitchen and paintings and Asian textile details in the bedroom and living room that make it a very special house.
It has a spacious bedroom with air conditioning and a private office for working, as well as a large living room with dining area and TV zone. Spacious and sunny terrace with hammock, shower and table with chairs to enjoy relaxing outdoor meals where you can use the awning if necessary. All this provides a fantastic atmosphere to the house.
The independent kitchen has everything you need to cook as if you were at home: it is equipped with a ceramic hob, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, kitchen utensils/equipment, coffee maker, toaster and kettle.
Located just a few metres from the emblematic Hotel Santa Catalina Royal Hideaway and fantastic parks, including Doramas Park and a dynamic leisure area in the Marina of the Sports Port. Just a few minutes from one of Spain's best urban beaches, Las Canteras, or from the old town and commercial areas of the city: Triana, Vegueta or the Mesa y López commercial area.
With the possibility of paid parking near the accommodation.
Due to its location, this accommodation is ideal for discovering all the treasures of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria. If you like discovering cities by bicycle, this is the perfect location.
