Luxury villa on the beach side of El Rosario, Marbella. New renovated luxury villa with sea view, private swimming pool and Jacuzzi. Within walking distance to Alicate beach, Marbella.
The luxury villa is really nice decorated both inside and outside and appears very beautiful, bright and inviting for a wonderful holiday in marvellous surroundings.
There is a lovely terrace surrounding the pool with beautiful natural stones and plenty of quality terrace furniture, sunbeds, umbrellas and cosy corners. There is obviously a large Weber grill and outdoor kitchen if you choose to have a nice evening with a few good steaks on the grill, if you don’t want to visit one of the many popular beach restaurants, located within walking distance from the villa.
Inside, the central part of the villa is the beautiful lounge that appears warm, inviting and cosy. There is direct access to the fully equipped modern kitchen. There are dining table for 8 people, comfortable sofa, flat screen TV, DVD and wireless internet and of course air conditioning throughout the house.
There is a total of 6 bedrooms, accommodating 12 persons. 2 extra sleeps can be made, accommodating a total of 14 people.
5 spacious bedrooms are lovely furnished with double beds, flat screen TV and bathroom en-suite. 2 of these bedrooms has direct access to a nice patio.
Master Bedroom is found in 1st floor and contains, wardrobe, flat screen TV, bathroom en-suite. There is direct access to the terrace overlooking the Mediterranean Sea and the terrace is beautifully furnished with sun beds, table and chairs.
The villa contains a laundry room with washer and dryer. Private garage.
The villa is located within walking distance to one of Marbella's beautiful beaches with several beach restaurants and Beach Club's to choose from. Furthermore, there is walking distance to a supermarket and car isn’t necessary.
In addition to the already mentioned beach restaurants, you also find; supermarket, bakery, tennis club, beauty salon, etc. in walking distance.
