Very nice and completely renewed (2018) apartment in Torremolinos between Carihuela Beach and the lovely port of Benalmádena with breath taking view to the Mediterranean Sea.
Entering into the apartment there is a large hall with access to all the rooms. The living room area at the left and a fully equipped kitchen at the right. The living room is luxury furnished and contains a dining area and a big leather sofa with a super-large flat-screen smart TV and Apple TV. From this area there is direct access to the south-faced terrace where you can enjoy the beautiful sea view. This terrace contains a dining table for 6 to 8 persons.
The apartment has four spacious bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms have double beds and the other two have double single beds. There's sleeps for 8 people in total, with the best quality mattresses.
The apartment has a second terrace which is facing north-west with a view of the street next to the apartment, perfect for sunbathing.
Every room is equipped with air conditioning, and the air conditioning can be set for each room individually.
The apartment has 1 private parking spot in the garage area that can be used.
The apartment is located at 100 meters from the beach and at walking distance to the city centre, with direct access to a lot of restaurants, shops, supermarkets, etc.
The apartment can be reached within 15 minutes from the airport by rented car or taxi. From the airport there's a train with a 10-minute ride from the airport to a nearby station, El Pinillo (Torremolinos).
There is also, every 20 minutes a metro-train to Malaga centre.

Mention spéciale à Inès, qui a géré notre séjour avec beaucoup de professionnalisme et de gentillesse, toujours disponible, réactive et attentionnée. Grâce à elle, tout s’est déroulé comme il le fallait, sans le moindre souci.

Lejligheden ligger fantastisk i forhold til alt hvad Torremolinos og omegn har at byde på. Fin indretning til 8 mennesker, og lejligheden har de fornødne ting i bl.a. køkken m.m. Gåafstand til flere indkøbsmuligheder gør det nemt at handle ind af bådСмотреть ещё
Lejligheden ligger fantastisk i forhold til alt hvad Torremolinos og omegn har at byde på. Fin indretning til 8 mennesker, og lejligheden har de fornødne ting i bl.a. køkken m.m. Gåafstand til flere indkøbsmuligheder gør det nemt at handle ind af både vådt og tørt. Fantastisk strand og strandpromenade indenfor 2 minutters gang, og lækker overdækket terrasse der fungerer perfekt både morgen, middag og aften.

Der var stort set ikke vand i poolen, det vand der var blev ikke renset og hele pladsen omkring poolen fremstod beskidt og utiltalende. Det trækker kraftigt ned i den samlede bedømmelse, at der ikke var mulighed for at gå i poolen, især set i lyset af det bliver fremhævet i udlejningsmaterialet. Man har alle muligheder for at lave et lækkert poolområde som ville trække oplevelsen af det hele 2 niveauer op. Vi kunne sagtens finde på at komme igen, men så skal poolområdet fikses.

The apartment was spacious and extremely well equipped, it felt like a real home from home. The furnishings and fittings were modern, everything was clean and the beds and sofas were very comfortable. We were a party of seven but there was plenty of room for all of us we could even all fit on the balcony. Having 2 bathrooms was excellent. There was an occasional "drainy" smell from the main bathroom but this didn't affect our holiday at all. There were lots of extras included for guests to use including comfy cushions for the sun loungers. The television was huge although we didn't use it during our stay as we couldn't find any channels. The view from the main balcony was magnificent. The location of the apartment was excellent, set just back from the beach, about a 10 minute walk from the marina. There was easy access to supermarkets, shops and restaurants but it was not noisy. We all managed to sleep well. One member off our party uses a wheelchair so used the lift to access the apartment regularly. The main lift was reliable but we were unable to operate the smaller lift. Fortunately our guest was able to walk the four steps up to the main lift. The pool area is spacious and there are four sun loungers that can be used by guests. We had the pool area to ourselves the whole time. The pool was too cold to use at the time of year we visited but would be great during the summer. The hosts were helpful and friendly and the security deposit was returned promptly following our visit. If we ever visit Benalmedena again we will be sure to book this apartment. We had a fabulous stay. Thank you.
